Regulatory Compliance Manager

About the role

The Regulatory Compliance Manager will support the compliance function across Momentum's lottery and commercial gaming operations. The role focuses on preparing regulatory submissions, managing engagement with authorities, and providing practical regulatory advice to enable business initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with the Gaming and Commercial Gaming Regulatory Authority (GCGRA) on submissions, queries and approvals.
• Lead the preparation of product approvals, internal control updates, waiver requests and formal notifications.
• Draft and coordinate responses to regulatory information requests and manage submission timelines.
• Provide regulatory advice to product, technology, operations and commercial teams, translating requirements into clear guidance.
• Identify approval requirements early in project lifecycles and escalate material regulatory risks.
• Act as the primary regulatory contact for the Commercial Gaming team and support cross‑functional meetings.

Required profile

• Minimum of 5 years (60 months) experience in regulatory compliance, preferably within gaming, lottery or related entertainment sectors.
• Proven ability to manage regulatory submissions and maintain effective relationships with authorities.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities with attention to detail.
