Relationship Banking Officer

About the role

The Relationship Banking Officer supports walk‑in and assigned customers, delivering banking services while building lasting relationships. This UAE National role is based in a branch environment, focusing on customer satisfaction and adherence to regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide banking support across financial and non‑financial transactions, understanding customer needs and ensuring timely follow‑ups.
• Execute teller cash and non‑cash counter transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and cheque processing.
• Maintain compliance with KYC, AML, sanctions, and other regulatory requirements, applying dual‑control processes and escalating issues as needed.
• Follow all relevant policies, procedures, and SOPs to deliver consistent service quality.
• Manage personal performance in line with the bank’s people management policies.

Required profile

• UAE national with a strong customer‑service orientation.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under strict procedural controls.
• Commitment to compliance, risk awareness, and ethical standards.
