Relationship Manager – Business Banking Liabilities (Elite)

About the role

We are seeking an elite Relationship Manager to lead the Business Banking Liabilities portfolio for Rak Bank. The role focuses on acquiring new liability and transaction accounts, growing existing relationships, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards in the Abu Dhabi market.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, market and book new liability/transaction business accounts while driving portfolio growth.
• Collaborate with other bank units to maximise cross‑sell opportunities and meet financial targets.
• Maintain strict adherence to the bank’s compliance criteria and internal process controls.
• Manage and expand a portfolio of business liability customers through low‑cost transactional solutions.
• Address service requirements of all clients, coordinating with back‑office and service teams.
• Resolve SAS and correspondent bank queries within departmental turnaround times.
• Translate customer feedback into product improvements and appropriate pricing decisions.

Required profile

• University degree.
• Proven experience in business banking relationship management, preferably in the Abu Dhabi region.
• Strong selling skills and knowledge of local commercial banking practices and legal framework.
• Understanding of anti‑money‑laundering guidelines and Central Bank regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with RAKBANK retail products and HNWI relationship management.
• Ability to drive targets, manage service standards and retain clients under competitive pressure.
