Key responsibilities

• Acquire new clients, perform financial analysis and submit accurate credit applications to ensure a smooth onboarding experience while meeting assigned targets.
• Offer tailored solutions and enroll clients in alternative channels and value‑added services to increase transaction volumes and grow the portfolio.
• Maintain a comprehensive 360‑degree client dossier to capture current and future needs.
• Conduct client visits, assess risk profiles and communicate any changes to approving authorities.
• Apply ADCB Service Standards to deliver high‑quality service in all customer interactions.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing client relationships and portfolios.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting or Finance.
• Strong knowledge of balance sheet analysis and key financial ratios.
