Relationship Manager - Commercial Cards

About the role

The Relationship Manager – Commercial Cards will drive acquisition, portfolio growth and ongoing management of Shariah‑compliant commercial card solutions for corporate clients. Based in Dubai, you will act as the primary contact for CFOs, finance and procurement teams, ensuring a superior client experience aligned with ADIB’s Islamic banking principles.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire and manage corporate clients for commercial card products, building long‑term relationships with finance and procurement leaders.
• Promote and sell Shariah‑compliant Corporate, Purchase and Expense Management cards, meeting sales and revenue targets.
• Assess client financials, creditworthiness and card limit requirements in coordination with Credit Risk.
• Oversee client onboarding, KYC/AML documentation, card issuance, limit enhancements and renewals.
• Monitor portfolio performance, utilization and delinquency, taking proactive corrective actions.
• Prepare regular MIS reports on sales performance, pipeline and portfolio health.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, Compliance, Risk and IT teams to deliver seamless solutions.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in Commercial Cards, Transaction Banking or Corporate/SME Banking.
• Prior exposure to Islamic banking or Shariah‑compliant products is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE corporate market and regulatory environment.
• Excellent relationship‑management and consultative selling abilities.
• Financial analysis and credit assessment skills.
• Effective communication and presentation capabilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with CRM systems.
