Relationship Manager – Deposits & Employee Banking (Emirati Segment)

About the role

The Relationship Manager will be responsible for onboarding high‑quality Emirati and Islamic clients, focusing on liability products such as deposits. The role also involves cross‑selling personal loans, cards, insurance and other bank offerings while maintaining strong service relationships with Mashreq Gold profile clients.

Key responsibilities

• Drive new‑to‑bank business to expand the Emirati and Islamic market share.
• Maintain and deepen relationships with existing clients to become a primary banking partner.
• Achieve liability targets and cross‑sell additional products across the bank’s portfolio.
• Coordinate with product, channel and SME FX teams to maximise referral opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, credit risk and high‑value transaction monitoring policies.
• Provide timely resolution of client issues by liaising with internal partners.

Required profile

• Sales‑driven professional with confidence, persistence and strong verbal and written communication.
• Graduate with 7‑10+ years of banking sales experience, preferably in retail banking.
• In‑depth knowledge of retail banking products, services, policies and processes.
