Relationship Manager – Direct & Indirect Sales (Real Estate)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to drive both direct and indirect residential property sales for a leading real estate developer in Dubai. The role involves cultivating high‑net‑worth investors, managing broker networks, and closing deals to exceed ambitious sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Drive direct residential property sales and manage the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to closure.
• Build and maintain a robust network of investors, HNWIs, and end‑users.
• Deliver compelling property presentations, negotiate terms, and close transactions.
• Generate business volume through indirect channels by managing broker and channel‑partner relationships.
• Provide partners with project updates, marketing materials, and sales support to ensure smooth transaction processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of proven real‑estate sales experience in the Dubai market.
• Mandatory developer‑side sales experience.
• Strong professional network of investors, HNWIs, or brokers.
• Fluent in English and at least one additional language (e.g., Russian, Turkish, Italian, Spanish, or an Indian language).
• Currently based in the UAE.
