Relationship Manager – Financial Services (Dubai)

About the role

The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high‑net‑worth clients, strengthening existing relationships and acquiring new business within the financial services sector in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Identify, approach and onboard potential clients to expand the firm’s portfolio.
• Provide tailored advice on banking, wealth‑management and other financial products.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing service delivery.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to uncover new business opportunities.
• Prepare and present financial performance reports to clients and senior management.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Required profile

• Degree in finance, business or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in client relationship management within the UAE financial services industry.
• Strong knowledge of banking and wealth‑management products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proactive, results‑driven attitude with a focus on meeting client and business objectives.
