Relationship Manager – Forex & CFDs (Abu Dhabi)

About the role

The Relationship Manager – Forex & CFDs will be responsible for acquiring, managing and growing client relationships within our foreign exchange and CFD trading business. Based in Abu Dhabi, you will deliver exceptional service, drive trading activity and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies.

Key responsibilities

• Generate leads and expand the client base through proactive prospecting and networking.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding individual needs, providing personalized service and acting as the primary point of contact.
• Facilitate smooth client onboarding, ensuring regulatory compliance and timely documentation verification.
• Resolve account‑related issues promptly and deliver high‑quality customer service to maintain satisfaction.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends and advancements through continuous learning and professional development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in financial markets.
• Deep understanding of foreign exchange and CFD markets.
• 3+ years of sales experience in Forex and CFD.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid network of existing and potential clients.
• Fluency in English; Arabic and/or Hindi language skills are a plus.
• Self‑driven, motivated attitude with a commitment to continuous learning.
