Relationship Manager (Hindi & Malayalam Speaker)

About the role

The Relationship Manager will onboard new clients and grow existing accounts using a value‑based approach. You will work within a culturally diverse team supporting clients in the financial services and trading sector.

Key responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal and team KPI targets.
• Activate, retain and grow a portfolio of customers through voice and social media engagement.
• Develop trusted relationships with clients, providing high‑level service and support.
• Research prospects, prepare and execute sales activities, and recommend suitable solutions.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues and provide feedback on client needs.
• Maintain accurate reports and adhere to compliance, regulatory and security requirements.

Required profile

• Native Malayalam and Hindi speaker with fluency in English.
• Strong understanding of forex trading, currency pairs and market drivers.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field.
• Experience in a sales role within a CFD broker or financial trading environment.
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem‑solving skills.
