Relationship Manager

About the role

The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding client relationships within Hedgepoint Professional Services. This role focuses on providing tailored solutions in commodity derivatives, supporting risk management strategies, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of clients, ensuring strong and lasting relationships.
• Understand client needs and provide consultative support in commodity derivatives and structured solutions.
• Work closely with Portfolio Managers to design and implement risk management strategies.
• Deliver presentations, market insights, and reports to clients.
• Act as liaison between clients and internal teams (Sales, Trading, Operations, Quant) to ensure seamless delivery of services.
• Monitor client activity, performance, and satisfaction, proactively addressing issues or opportunities.
• Support business development efforts by identifying cross‑selling opportunities and new prospects.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of commodities, derivatives, and market trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 4–6 years of experience in relationship management, client advisory or financial services.
• Strong understanding of derivatives, commodities and structured solutions.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and financial analysis tools.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus but not mandatory.
