Relationship Manager – Mashreq Gold

About the role

The Relationship Manager will serve a portfolio of high‑net‑worth (HNW) clients, delivering personalized banking services to build strong, long‑term relationships. The role focuses on driving profitable contributions for both the client and the bank while retaining client loyalty and respect.

Key responsibilities

• Provide tailored service to HNW Mashreq Gold clients and develop close relationships.
• Enhance Mashreq Gold balance‑sheet sales, promote cross‑selling of bank products and generate new business through referrals, marketing activities and personal contacts.
• Ensure clients are fully aware of the full range of financial services offered by the bank.
• Achieve monthly and annual financial targets, including upselling and cross‑selling to existing and new‑to‑bank customers.
• Optimize the value of the client base by delivering MG products and services.
• Communicate regularly with clients to identify and meet their financial needs.
• Acquire new HNW clients and expand the portfolio.
• Maintain a superior customer service experience, proactively addressing issues.
• Safeguard the bank against AML risks and ensure ethical behaviour throughout the sales process.
• Minimise client attrition and maintain proactive contact.

Required profile

• University graduate.
• Minimum 5‑6 years of experience in a similar relationship‑management role within a bank or financial‑services institution in the UAE.
• Strong selling and financial‑markets knowledge.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills with cultural sensitivity.
• Proven relationship‑management and networking abilities.
• Extrovert, amiable personality.
• CISI certification.
