About the role
The Relationship Manager for Mashreq Gold will serve high‑net‑worth (HNW) clients, delivering the bank’s premium products and services while ensuring a superior customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Optimize the client base value by promoting MG products and services.
- Identify financial needs of HNW clients and achieve revenue, sales and portfolio growth targets.
- Acquire new HNW clients and maintain proactive contact to minimise attrition.
- Safeguard the bank against AML fraud and ensure ethical behaviour throughout the sales process.
- Enhance market profile and awareness while countering competition.
Required profile
- University graduate with strong selling and financial markets knowledge.
- Minimum 5‑6 years of relationship‑management experience in banking or financial services in the UAE.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills, with cultural sensitivity.
- Extrovert/amiable personality and strong interpersonal abilities.
- CISI certification.
