About the role
We are seeking a Relationship Manager (or Senior Relationship Manager) to drive off‑plan sales for a leading Dubai luxury property developer. The role focuses on generating high‑quality leads, nurturing broker and high‑net‑worth client relationships, and delivering a premium sales experience.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed sales targets in Dubai's competitive off‑plan segment.
- Build and maintain long‑term relationships with brokers and high‑net‑worth (HNI) clients.
- Leverage personal network to generate consistent, high‑quality leads.
- Deliver a world‑class sales experience that upholds the brand's premium positioning.
- Stay ahead of market trends to identify opportunities and maximize growth.
Required profile
- Strong broker and HNI client connections.
- Proven real‑estate sales experience in Dubai.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Passionate, driven, and performance‑oriented.
