About the role
Emirates NBD Priority Banking seeks a Relationship Manager for Emerging Affluent clients, focusing on UAE nationals. You will manage a portfolio of salaried individuals, delivering tailored banking solutions and ensuring high service standards.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain virtual relationships with clients, addressing service quality and operational issues.
- Achieve financial targets through selling and cross‑selling bank products, growing portfolios, and managing wealth referrals and Forex transactions.
- Ensure compliance with operational risk policies, sales processes, KYC procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain daily contact with portfolio clients to provide support and assistance.
- Monitor and improve CSAT scores by delivering exceptional service.
- Complete mandatory training and certifications, adhere to dress code, punctuality, and deadlines.
Required profile
- University degree in Business or Finance.
- 1 to 3 years of sales experience in financial services or banking.
- Exposure to retail and wealth management banking areas.
