Relationship Manager – Priority Banking

About the role

The Relationship Manager – Priority Banking will attract, deepen and grow financial relationships with affluent clients in Abu Dhabi. Using the full range of ADIB’s banking products, the role delivers comprehensive solutions through a team‑based approach.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business through marketing activities, referrals and existing networks, and acquire new‑to‑bank customers.
• Cross‑sell and up‑sell to increase team revenue and productivity, converting inbound and outbound leads into sales.
• Collaborate with other channels, referring clients to appropriate services and ensuring smooth implementation of Priority Banking across branches.
• Monitor service levels, handle complaints, retain customers and gather ad‑hoc feedback.
• Review credit applications, adhere to processes, ensure proper documentation and identify risk trends for mitigation.

Required profile

• University degree or recognized professional certificate.
• Minimum five years of related banking experience in the UAE, with at least three years in financial analysis, wealth management or investment.
• In‑depth knowledge of ADIB’s retail banking products, credit policies and UAE banking regulations.
• Proven ability to lead a team of professionals and deliver high service standards.
