Relationship Manager - Privilege Acquisition

About the role

PACT Employment is recruiting a Relationship Manager (individual contributor, privilege acquisition) in the UAE. The role focuses on acquiring privilege segment customers, keeping their CASA (current account and savings account) funded and balanced, and promoting cross-sell opportunities while aligning with the bank's strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire privilege segment customers and develop strategies to target potential markets.
• Carry out sourcing activities such as company visits, kiosk setups and field activities to generate leads.
• Build long-term relationships with privilege customers and act as their main point of contact for queries, complaints and service requests.
• Promote and cross-sell retail products such as credit cards, overdraft, fixed deposits and savings accounts, and refer customers to the right units for specialised products.
• Identify untapped business opportunities and work with other business units to drive referrals.
• Contribute to team goals and support colleagues.

• Analytical thinking to analyse customer needs and suggest suitable banking solutions.
