Relationship Manager – Securities Sales

About the role

The Relationship Sales Manager will drive client acquisition, retention, and revenue growth for ADIB Securities. You will onboard high‑value clients, deliver tailored investment solutions and ensure compliance with company policies and market regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research, identify selling opportunities and assess client needs.
• Generate new sales leads through cold calling, networking, referrals and targeted outreach.
• Prepare and deliver presentations on products and services, negotiate and close deals.
• Maintain regular contact with existing clients, provide market updates and resolve concerns promptly.
• Track performance metrics such as conversion rates and AUM growth, and refine sales strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in stockbroking or financial sales, with a proven track record of managing high‑net‑worth client portfolios.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience using Bloomberg Terminal and Reuters Eikon.
• Familiarity with trading platforms and investment databases.
