Relationship Manager – Small Business Finance (Outsource)

About the role

The Relationship Manager – Small Business Finance (Outsource) will drive growth of the bank’s small‑business portfolio by acquiring new credit facilities and deepening existing relationships. The role combines credit analysis, client acquisition, and high‑level service to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads through cross‑selling, referrals, cold calling, and networking to meet business targets.
• Prepare and analyse credit applications, including financial statements, cash‑flow and VAT reports, ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulatory frameworks.
• Monitor client financial health, conduct site visits, and produce detailed call reports for credit monitoring and recovery.
• Liaise with internal departments such as credit‑risk, legal, operations and trade finance to ensure smooth transaction processing.
• Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through regular contact, prompt response to inquiries, and adherence to service quality standards.

Required profile

• Minimum five (5) years of relationship management experience in a banking environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of ADIB’s business banking products and operational policies.
• Proficiency in credit analysis and credit appraisal techniques.
• Understanding of UAE banking regulations and anti‑money‑laundering (AML) requirements.
• Ability to prepare comprehensive credit proposals and monitor loan performance.
• Computer literacy and ability to use banking systems for reporting.
