Relationship Manager - Small Business Finance (Outsource)

About the role

The Relationship Manager – Small Business Finance (Outsource) will drive growth of the bank’s SME portfolio by acquiring new credit facilities, managing existing relationships and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. The role combines credit analysis, sales, and customer service within ADIB’s Business Banking division.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new loan volumes through cross‑selling to existing clients and proactive outreach (cold calls, referrals, networking).
• Prepare and present credit applications, analysing financial statements, cash‑flow, VAT reports and ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulatory frameworks.
• Monitor credit facilities, conduct site visits, and produce detailed call reports to track client performance and mitigate delinquency.
• Coordinate with internal teams (credit‑risk, legal, operations, trade finance) to ensure swift disbursement and adjustment of facilities.
• Maintain ongoing client contact, respond to inquiries promptly, and conduct regular visits to uphold service standards and client satisfaction.
• Promote ethical sales practices, ensuring customers understand terms, affordability and suitability of offered products.

Required profile

• Minimum five years’ experience in relationship management within a banking environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Strong knowledge of ADIB’s business banking products, operational policies and UAE banking regulations.
• Proven experience in credit analysis and financial statement evaluation.
• Familiarity with anti‑money‑laundering regulations and compliance requirements.
