Relationship Manager – Trade & Working Capital

About the role

The Relationship Manager, Trade & Working Capital, will manage existing client relationships and acquire new trade and working‑capital customers for the Business Banking Division. The role focuses on delivering superior service, cross‑selling bank products and ensuring portfolio quality in line with Mashreq’s policies.

Key responsibilities

• Source and acquire new‑to‑bank (NTB) customers while deepening relationships with existing clients.
• Cross‑sell the full range of Mashreq products to increase share of wallet and revenue.
• Conduct periodic credit facility reviews, recommend appropriate credit limits and monitor credit risk.
• Maintain accurate documentation, client visits, stock inspections and formal credit checks.
• Coordinate with internal and external advisors to ensure precise agreement terms.
• Support senior Relationship Managers with MIS reporting, data entry and preliminary financial analysis.

Required profile

• MBA, CA or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of banking relationship‑management experience in the UAE market.
• Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation and analytical abilities.
