About the role
The Relationship Manager will be responsible for identifying, marketing and booking new liability and transaction business accounts while driving robust portfolio growth. The role works closely with other bank units to maximise cross‑sell opportunities and ensure compliance with the bank’s criteria.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, market and book new liability/transaction business accounts.
- Work closely with other units to maximise cross‑sell opportunities.
- Meet financial targets and ensure compliance with bank guidelines.
- Cross‑sell the full range of business banking products to customers.
- Handle service requirements and coordinate with back‑office teams to meet client expectations.
- Resolve SAS and correspondent bank queries within departmental TAT.
- Maintain effective coordination with peers and support staff.
Required profile
- University degree.
- UAE national.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in branch banking, operations, relationship management or customer service.
- In‑depth knowledge of the target market and ability to guide the team in acquiring profitable relationships.
