Relationship Manager – Wealth Management

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to lead our Wealth Management business in Dubai. You will be responsible for acquiring high‑net‑worth clients, growing assets under management, and delivering tailored investment solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire and onboard new HNW/UHNW clients while expanding the existing portfolio.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with affluent individuals, family offices, and investors.
• Understand clients' financial goals, risk profiles, and investment requirements to provide appropriate solutions.
• Drive AUM growth, revenue generation, and client retention.
• Identify cross‑selling and up‑selling opportunities across investment and financial products.
• Develop new business through personal networks, referrals, events, and market outreach.
• Coordinate with investment, advisory, and operations teams to ensure smooth client servicing.
• Monitor market and investment trends and keep clients informed of relevant opportunities.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• 4–8 years of experience in Wealth Management, Private Banking, Investment Advisory, or Financial Services.
• Proven track record of managing and acquiring HNW/UHNW clients.
• Strong existing client network and business development capability.
• Experience managing AUM/investment portfolios and generating revenue.
• UAE/GCC wealth management experience is an advantage.
