Relationship Officer – Accounting & Tax (French Speaker)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive, client‑focused Relationship Officer to join our Accounting & Tax department. The successful candidate will act as the main liaison between French‑speaking clients and our internal finance teams, ensuring that accounting, VAT and corporate tax services are delivered accurately and on time.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on accounting, VAT and corporate tax matters.
• Coordinate requests and information flow between clients and internal accounting, tax and compliance teams.
• Collect accounting records, supporting documents and confirmations from clients.
• Monitor and manage deadlines for financial statements, VAT returns and corporate tax filings.
• Assist in onboarding new clients, explaining service scope and compliance requirements.
• Maintain up‑to‑date client records and ensure clear communication throughout the engagement.
• Support billing, renewal processes and follow‑up on client service issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• Experience in a client‑facing role within an accounting, audit, tax or professional services firm.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.
• Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously.

Required skills

• Understanding of UAE VAT and corporate tax concepts (preferred).
