Relationship Officer - Credit Card Sales

About the role

Sharaf DG is looking for an energetic, target-driven Relationship Officer to join its growing team and represent a reputed bank in the UAE. The role focuses on acquiring new customers, promoting banking products and consistently achieving assigned sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell banking products, primarily credit cards
• Generate leads through direct sales, referrals, corporate visits and other sourcing channels
• Identify eligible customers and maintain quality submissions
• Achieve monthly sales and productivity targets
• Explain product features, benefits, fees and eligibility clearly to customers
• Ensure complete and accurate customer documentation
• Follow bank policies, compliance requirements and ethical sales practices
• Maintain strong customer relationships and coordinate with internal teams for application processing and follow-up

Required profile

• Graduation mandatory; minimum 1 year of banking or sales experience preferred
• UAE banking or credit card sales experience is an added advantage
• Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Target-oriented with a strong willingness to succeed, able to work in a fast-paced sales environment
