Relationship Officer – Payroll Accounts & Cross-Selling (Outsource)

About the role

ADIB is looking for a Relationship Officer (outsource) to build strong relationships with key contacts in targeted sectors and segments. The purpose is to source payroll salaried accounts and cross-sell asset products such as Covered Cards and Personal Finances, in line with ADIB's policies and procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Sourcing payroll accounts and achieving or exceeding the assigned monthly target.
• Cross-selling Covered Cards and Personal Finance products and meeting their targets.
• Building relationships with HR, finance and admin departments of government entities, multinationals, large and medium corporates, new establishments and Free Zones.
• Running marketing, kiosk and onboarding sessions with targeted employers to promote ADIB products.
• Visiting potential employers and clients to finalise deals within the required turnaround time.
• Preparing and reviewing credit applications, checking documents such as bank statements, passports, EIDs and salary certificates, and following the approval process.
• Processing the products on behalf of ADIB, preparing files according to the checklist and sharing them with coordinators within 24 hours of signing.
• Checking card centre file activations and escalating delays, and escalating customer complaints to management.
• Maintaining good inter-departmental rapport, delivering prompt service, adhering to office timings and keeping data confidential.

Required profile

• Multi-products sales and payroll or employee banking experience.
• Good knowledge of retail banking service standards, sales skills and computer skills.
• General awareness of competitors in the local and regional market.
• Driving licence.
