Relationship Officer – Payroll & Cross‑Sell (Outsource)

About the role

The Relationship Officer will develop strong relationships with key contacts in targeted sectors to source payroll‑salaried accounts and cross‑sell ADIB’s Covered Cards and Personal Finance products, adhering to ADIB policies and procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Source payroll accounts from targeted sectors and achieve or exceed monthly targets.
• Cross‑sell Covered Cards and Personal Finance products, meeting assigned targets.
• Develop and maintain relationships with HR, Finance, and Admin contacts in government entities, multinationals, large and medium corporates, new establishments, and free zones.
• Conduct marketing, kiosk, and onboarding sessions to promote ADIB products and services.
• Prepare and review Standard Credit Applications, ensuring accuracy and authenticity of supporting documents.
• Execute product processing, prepare files, and share with coordinators within 24 hours of signing.
• Maintain good internal rapport to ensure smooth business flow and escalate customer complaints when necessary.

Required profile

• Experience in multi‑product sales, payroll or employee banking.
• Good knowledge of retail banking service standards and computer skills.
• General awareness of competitors in the local/regional market.
• Valid driving licence.
