Reliability Engineering Subject Matter Expert

About the role

AVEVA is seeking a Reliability Engineering Subject Matter Expert to lead the deployment, operational monitoring, and sustainment of its Predictive Analytics and Asset Performance Management solutions for customers in the Middle East. The role bridges reliability engineering expertise with AI‑driven predictive maintenance to deliver measurable improvements in equipment uptime and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Support end‑to‑end deployment and operationalisation of AVEVA predictive analytics solutions.
• Act as technical lead for model validation, interpretation and integration across rotating, static, electrical, process and integrity domains.
• Establish and govern a reliability and value‑realisation framework, including KPI tracking and continuous improvement.
• Ensure sustained adoption of predictive insights, translating AI outputs into actionable maintenance and reliability actions.
• Collaborate with customers to quantify business benefits and drive long‑term asset performance.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in reliability engineering within industrial environments.
• Strong background in predictive maintenance and asset performance management.
• Proven ability to work across multiple engineering disciplines and integrate AI‑generated insights into operational processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with a focus on delivering measurable business value.
