Remote Account Manager – Global (Full‑time)

About the role

We are seeking a remote Account Manager to act as the primary liaison for our global clients. The role focuses on clear communication, internal coordination, and supporting the success of digital advertising campaigns. While marketing experience is a plus, strong people skills and a willingness to learn are essential.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams.
• Provide timely, articulate responses to client inquiries.
• Participate in occasional video calls with clients.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met.
• Identify opportunities to improve client experience and internal processes.
• Demonstrate leadership potential with a view toward future management roles.

Required profile

• Fluent, professional English communication.
• Based in South Africa.
• Owns necessary tech (laptop, webcam, headset) and reliable internet with backup power.
• Proactive, accountable, and eager to learn.
