About the role

We are seeking a friendly and reliable Remote Customer Service Representative to join our growing support team. In this fully remote position you will assist customers through email, chat and phone, providing clear information and ensuring a positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat and telephone.
• Provide accurate information about products, services and company policies.
• Guide customers through basic troubleshooting and resolve simple issues.
• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate internal team.
• Process orders, returns, exchanges and update customer records in the CRM system.
• Maintain detailed logs of interactions and follow up on open cases.
• Participate in training sessions, team meetings and share feedback to improve service quality.

Required profile

• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
