About the role
We are seeking a Remote Customer Support Representative to deliver excellent service via phone, chat, and email.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer questions quickly and professionally
- Resolve complaints and issues with a solutions mindset
- Log customer interactions accurately in the support system
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team
- Maintain a positive, customer‑first attitude
Required profile
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Customer service experience preferred
- Comfortable using CRM/helpdesk software
- Patient, empathetic, and solution‑focused
- Reliable internet for remote work
