About the role

Pulse is looking for a reliable, organized, and detail‑oriented Remote Data Entry Clerk to join its administrative support team. This entry‑level, part‑time position involves entering, updating, verifying, and maintaining accurate information in company databases, spreadsheets, and digital record systems while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Enter and update data in company databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Process routine data‑entry assignments, maintain processing logs, and perform data quality checks.
• Maintain electronic records, assist with database cleanup, and protect confidential information.
• Upload, label, categorize, and organize digital documents, following file‑naming procedures.
• Review completed work for spelling, formatting, and numerical errors, escalating unresolved discrepancies.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent with basic computer and typing proficiency.
• Strong attention to detail, good written communication, and ability to follow written instructions.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote workspace.
• Dependable, professional work habits and ability to maintain confidentiality.
