Rental Administrator

About the role

Zooma Properties LLC is looking for a detail‑oriented Rental Administrator to manage the full tenancy lifecycle for its residential and commercial portfolio in the UAE. The role involves handling Ejari registration, tenancy documentation, and maintaining strong tenant relations.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, prepare and process tenancy contracts in line with RERA and Dubai Land Department regulations.
• Register, renew and amend tenancy contracts through the Ejari system.
• Prepare and issue rental‑related forms such as move‑in/move‑out checklists, renewal notices and rent increase notices.
• Maintain accurate digital and physical tenancy files for audit and compliance.
• Act as the primary point of contact for tenant inquiries, complaints and requests.
• Coordinate move‑in/move‑out inspections, handovers and utility connections.
• Track lease expiry dates, manage renewal timelines and follow up on rent collection.
• Update the tenancy database and prepare periodic occupancy and overdue rent reports.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of rental or leasing administration experience in the UAE.
• Hands‑on experience with the Ejari system and Dubai tenancy law.
• Strong tenant‑relationship and customer‑service skills.
• Proven ability to create and manage rental forms and templates.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
