Rental Sales Agent

About the role

Property Network Real Estate LLC is seeking a motivated Rental Sales Agent to join its Leasing team in Dubai. The role works closely with the Leasing Manager to generate leads, support leasing activities, arrange viewings, and assist in closing rental transactions while handling client inquiries related to property management.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate property listings on portals and internal systems, ensuring up‑to‑date details, photos and rental prices.
• Record and follow up on leads, client inquiries, viewings and transactions in the CRM.
• Act as the primary contact for tenants and landlords, coordinating maintenance requests and other tenancy issues.
• Generate new rental leads through calls, referrals, property portals and networking, and assist in achieving monthly targets.
• Conduct property viewings, negotiate rental terms and support transaction coordination.

Required profile

• Previous experience in Dubai real estate, rentals, leasing or property management (preferred).
• Strong communication, customer service and relationship‑management abilities.
• Proactive, target‑oriented and able to manage multiple client inquiries efficiently.
• Good knowledge of Dubai’s rental market and communities.
• RERA certification and UAE driving licence are advantages.
