Reporting and Consolidation Manager

About the role

The Group is seeking a Reporting and Consolidation Manager to lead its monthly, quarterly and year‑end financial closing, reporting and consolidation activities across all subsidiaries.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Group's monthly, quarterly and year‑end financial closing, reporting and consolidation processes.
• Coordinate with subsidiaries and business units to ensure timely, complete and accurate submission of financial information.
• Prepare and review consolidated financial statements, management reports, disclosures and supporting schedules.
• Manage intercompany reconciliations, eliminations, consolidation adjustments and validation of consolidated balances.
• Perform analytical reviews of monthly and year‑to‑date results, investigate variances and drive corrective actions.
• Maintain the Group chart of accounts, reporting structures, consolidation hierarchies and mappings.
• Act as the Group focal point for IFRS matters, assessing new and amended standards.
• Coordinate with external auditors, internal audit and other stakeholders to ensure timely audit completion.
• Lead automation initiatives to improve consolidation, reporting and budgeting processes.
• Monitor and resolve system issues in collaboration with IT and manage access controls.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of IFRS and its application to group financial statements.
• Proven experience in leading group financial closing and consolidation activities.
