Requirements & Capabilities Director

About the role

Raytheon is looking for a Requirements & Capabilities Director to lead its UAE subsidiary in Abu Dhabi. Reporting to the Vice President, Requirements & Capabilities, CENTCOM Region, the role is responsible for strengthening solutions, performance, relationships, strategy and business growth across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Customer Account Managers to develop partnerships, new relationships and pipeline growth.
• Identify key markets and initiatives that support international business development.
• Coordinate customer insights, market opportunities, pursuits, milestones and required agreements.
• Lead integrated pipeline reviews and drive opportunity development across RTX account teams.
• Build strategic relationships with customers, stakeholders and partners to support enterprise growth.
• Advise senior leaders on messaging, engagement and strategy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or related field with at least 14 years of progressive defense business development or sales leadership experience (or advanced degree with 12 years).
• Deep knowledge of the regional defense industrial base, geopolitical environment and cultural customs.
• Experience with growth strategies, program management, product lines, integrated solutions and cross‑selling.
• Understanding of FCPA, ITAR, international contracts (FMS, DCS) and host‑country regulations.
• Fluent command of Arabic.
