Research Analyst – Global Partnerships

About the role

Gate’s Global Partnerships team is expanding and needs a research analyst to help identify, evaluate and prioritize new opportunities across crypto‑exchange listings, Web3/Earn products and traditional finance partnerships. You will work closely with senior leads, turning market data and scattered information into clear, actionable recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Track market developments, competitor activity and emerging opportunities across CEX listings, Web3/Earn products and TradFi partnerships.
• Translate management direction into category strategies, market maps and actionable priorities.
• Evaluate prospective assets and partners on criteria such as product adoption, token economics, on‑chain data, reputation and risk.
• Research comparable partnerships and benchmark commercial structures, including pricing, fees and revenue‑sharing models.
• Produce concise recommendations (pursue, deprioritise or pass) with rationale and next steps.
• Design and maintain opportunity‑assessment frameworks, scoring models and pipeline‑prioritisation methods.
• Build and improve SOPs and internal systems to increase team efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum 24 months of relevant experience in crypto, blockchain or related financial sectors.
• Strong commercial judgment and ability to work independently while collaborating with senior stakeholders.
• Comfortable in a fast‑moving, remote‑first environment.
