Reservation Agent – DoubleTree Resort & Spa

About the role

Exceptional hospitality starts with you. As a Reservations Agent you will accurately record and process reservations while maximizing room sales through proactive selling and up‑selling techniques, reflecting the light and warmth of Hilton hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Assist guests with reservations, including enquiries, bookings, amendments, and cancellations.
• Identify opportunities to increase revenue through proactive selling and up‑selling of rooms, packages, and offers.
• Review and process reservations to ensure guest details, rates, preferences, and special requirements are correctly recorded.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests, providing personalized service.
• Follow Hilton brand standards, reservation procedures, credit policies, and hotel guidelines.

Required profile

• Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Demonstrates integrity and professionalism at all times.
• Works with a sense of urgency and discipline.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in hospitality, reservations, or a similar role.
