Reservation Agent – Guest Services

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Reservation Agent to join our team at Mama Shelter Dubai. You will be the first point of contact for guests, turning inquiries into memorable stays and ensuring every booking starts with a smile.

Key responsibilities

• Manage reservations efficiently, providing accurate information and personalized service.
• Customize bookings to match each guest’s preferences, creating a VIP experience before arrival.
• Handle last‑minute changes, special requests and cancellations calmly and professionally.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of room types, promotions, and special packages to offer optimal solutions.
• Collaborate with front office, sales and other departments to guarantee seamless guest experiences.
• Monitor industry trends and booking platforms to help maximize revenue and operational efficiency.
• Act as a problem‑solver, using creativity and resourcefulness to resolve any issues that arise.
