Reservation Agent – Luxury Hotel

About the role

We are seeking a Reservation Agent to join our luxury hotel in Dubai, delivering authentic Turkish hospitality and ensuring seamless booking experiences for our guests.

Key responsibilities

• Handle all reservation requests, providing accurate information on room rates, availability, and hotel facilities.
• Process advance deposits, maintain accurate records, and manage group blocks and special requests.
• Maintain up‑to‑date reservation files, follow hotel policies, and support inventory management throughout the day.
• Explain guarantee and cancellation policies, upsell amenities, and apply sales techniques to maximize revenue.
• Assist with large events, hotel functions, and task‑force teams for new openings.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or tourism diploma/degree is a plus.
• Fluent English; Russian and Arabic are compulsory.
• Previous experience in front office, reception, or customer service, preferably in a hotel.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and a guest‑focused attitude.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and night shifts.

Required skills

• Basic computer skills.
• Experience with hotel PMS, preferably Opera Cloud.
