Reservation & Revenue Manager

About the role

The Reservation & Revenue Manager will lead the Retreats reservations department at Sharjah Collection, driving revenue through strategic pricing and inventory management. This role works closely with sales, marketing and front‑office teams to optimise occupancy, enhance guest satisfaction and maximise profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement dynamic pricing strategies based on market demand, competitor rates and booking trends.
• Monitor occupancy forecasts, adjust room availability across OTAs, GDS and direct booking channels, and ensure rate parity.
• Supervise the reservations team, manage group bookings, VIP requests and ensure seamless check‑in/check‑out processes.
• Generate regular revenue reports, analyse booking patterns and present forecasts to senior management.
• Collaborate with digital marketing to improve online visibility and conversion rates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in reservations, front office or revenue management, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of revenue management systems (RMS) and property management systems (PMS) such as Opera, Fidelio or Synxis.
• Familiarity with online travel agencies (OTAs) and global distribution systems (GDS).
• Proficiency in Excel, data analytics and forecasting tools.
