Reservation Sales Agent

About the role

As a Reservations Sales Agent you will manage guest room reservations, ensure accurate communication, and deliver exceptional service in a luxury hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Process and confirm guest room reservations, verify availability, and explain guarantee, special rate, and cancellation policies.
• Handle special requests, answer queries about property facilities and services, and identify upsell opportunities.
• Input all reservations into the system, maintain accurate records, and manage rate structures and market codes.
• Coordinate visa requests for guests and support loyalty programmes while adhering to brand standards.
• Resolve guest complaints, monitor satisfaction, and ensure compliance with departmental standards such as LQE, MOQA and Forbes.
