Reservations Agent

About the role

The Reservations Agent is responsible for handling all reservation inquiries and requests for the hotel, ensuring a high level of professionalism and customer service. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, supporting guests from initial contact through to arrival.

Key responsibilities

• Process reservation queries, changes, and cancellations received via phone, email, and internal systems.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of hotel products, rates, packages, and promotions.
• Ensure accurate visa processing and coordination with the visa officer.
• Monitor daily guest activities, resolve complaints, and maintain strong client relationships.
• Generate and send confirmation, cancellation, and pro‑forma invoice communications within 24 hours.
• Prepare group information sheets, rooming lists, and support reporting for reservations.

Required profile

• Prior experience in hotel reservations, group sales, or customer service, preferably using Opera or a similar system.
• High school diploma required; a hospitality‑related degree is a plus.
• Strong time‑management and multitasking abilities in a dynamic environment.
• Fluent English; additional languages are advantageous.
