About the role
Join Hilton’s vibrant team at The Mangroves Abu Dhabi as a Reservations Agent, where you’ll be the first point of contact for guests, turning inquiries into memorable stays.
Key responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly and professionally to guest and team inquiries.
- Secure individual bookings, converting inquiries into confirmed reservations.
- Maintain accurate records and process all reservations with attention to detail.
- Use proactive selling techniques to maximize room sales and promote hotel services and upgrades.
- Support sales efforts by responding to sales inquiries and identifying potential leads.
