Reservations Agent – Luxury Hotel in Dubai

About the role

Join Rixos Premium Dubai JBR as a Reservations Agent, providing the first point of contact for guests and ensuring a seamless booking experience in a luxury hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to reservation inquiries via phone, email and other channels.
• Book accommodations for leisure, business and group travelers using the Property Management System.
• Upsell room types and additional services to maximize revenue.
• Maintain accurate records of reservation details, rates, availability and promotions.
• Handle changes, cancellations and special requests with a customer‑centric approach.
• Collaborate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and resolve complaints.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in reservations or sales within the hospitality industry.
• Excellent command of English; additional languages such as Russian or Turkish are a plus.
• Professional telephone etiquette and strong written communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Detail‑oriented, able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Opera Property Management System.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Typing speed of approximately 40 words per minute.
