Reservations Agent – Luxury Hotel

About the role

We are looking for a Reservations Agent to join Raffles Dubai, a 5‑star luxury hotel. The successful candidate will provide personalized, efficient reservation services to guests, travel partners and other business sources, ensuring accurate handling and maximizing revenue in line with our high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Handle incoming reservation enquiries and convert them into confirmed bookings.
• Apply hotel pricing, rate structures, packages, promotions and booking conditions accurately.
• Monitor availability and identify upselling opportunities to maximize room revenue.
• Escalate exceptional rate, availability or booking requests to the Reservations & Revenue Manager.
• Collaborate with the Reservations & Revenue team to follow pricing and selling strategies.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of hotel pricing principles, room categories and revenue management.
• Attention to detail and ability to ensure accurate application of rates and restrictions.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with guests and travel partners.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced luxury hospitality environment.
