Reservations Agent – Luxury Resort

About the role

The Reservations Agent will join the front‑office team at Jumeirah Saadiyat Island, a flagship eco‑conscious luxury resort in Abu Dhabi. You will be the first point of contact for guests booking stays, ensuring a seamless and personalised experience from inquiry to arrival.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to reservation emails professionally within 24 hours, prioritising current or upcoming bookings.
• Answer telephone calls within three rings, using proper greetings and adhering to IFH & LQA standards.
• Gather and update all guest details (repeat guests, contact information, passport copies, flight details, special occasions, preferences) in the Opera system.
• Maintain consistent, professional email and telephone etiquette throughout all interactions.
• Read reservation correspondence thoroughly for special instructions and relay relevant information to the appropriate departments.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service or hospitality, preferably in a luxury 5‑star hotel.
• Native Arabic speaker.
