About the role

Join Anantara Mina Al Arab Ras Al Khaimah Resort, a luxury beachfront property, as a Reservations Agent. You will be the first point of contact for guests booking their stay, ensuring a seamless and memorable reservation experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Receive, process and confirm guest room reservations via phone, email or fax within company standards.
  • Drive upselling and achieve monthly revenue targets while adhering to the selling strategy.
  • Maintain accurate reservation data in the Property Management System (PMS) and OPMS, including guest profiles and special requests.
  • Monitor daily arrivals, reconfirm bookings, and ensure all guest requests are fulfilled.

Required profile

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service and guest relations abilities.
  • Proficiency in hotel reservation systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to process reservations accurately and efficiently.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking and attention‑to‑detail skills.
