Residence Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Residence Manager to lead the daily operations of Kempinski Dubai Creek Residences. The role combines guest‑focused service, staff leadership and property oversight to ensure a premium living experience for long‑term residents and visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for residents, handling requests, complaints and maintenance issues with a high‑touch approach.
• Direct front‑of‑house staff, outsourced contractors and vendors, creating shift rosters, delegating tasks and monitoring performance.
• Conduct regular inspections of common areas, amenities and vacant units, coordinating maintenance and repairs with engineering and external vendors.
• Maintain inventory, equipment and operating supplies, ensuring optimal stock levels.
• Provide owners with transparent updates on financial performance, guest satisfaction and operational challenges.
• Prepare and present operational, financial and owner‑reporting metrics to regional teams.
• Manage operating budgets, control expenses and ensure compliance with health, safety, fire and local regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• 3‑5+ years of experience in a senior rooms division or property management role within luxury hospitality, preferably in residential settings.
• Proven ability to lead teams, resolve conflicts and maintain high service standards.

Required skills

• Solid understanding of budgeting, inventory control and compliance requirements.
