Residences Manager – Apartments

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Residences Manager to lead the apartment‑style residential experience at Mama Shelter Dubai. You will be the central point for residents, ensuring a seamless, home‑away‑from‑home stay while driving team performance and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day residential operations, including check‑ins, check‑outs, requests and follow‑ups.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with long‑term residents, anticipating their needs and delivering personalized service.
• Lead, coach and develop the residential services team (housekeeping, maintenance, concierge) to achieve high standards.
• Monitor occupancy, revenue, billing, rates and operational costs to support the financial performance of the residence.
• Ensure residential units, communal areas and facilities are maintained to the highest cleanliness, safety and regulatory standards.
• Support leasing activities, renewals and tenant relations while ensuring compliance with contracts and policies.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of leadership experience in a high‑volume hotel or hospitality environment.
• Strong hospitality mindset with a passion for creating memorable resident experiences.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Good commercial understanding of occupancy, revenue, costs and billing.
• Integrity, professionalism and a team‑oriented attitude.
